During warmer months, we utilize insulated packaging and cold packs for orders traveling to hot climates. We also recommend selecting expedited shipping to ensure your Goo Goo Clusters arrive in perfect condition.
Are Goo Goo Clusters gluten-free?
While the primary ingredients in several of our clusters do not contain gluten, all of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes wheat, and our Original Goo Goo Cluster contains malt (barley). We recommend checking individual product labels for specific allergen information.
Can I customize a box of Goo Goo Clusters?
Yes! Through our 'Design Your Own' experience online or at our Nashville shop, you can select your preferred chocolate, premium fillings, and mix-ins to create a custom 4-ounce confection.
What is the shelf life of your candy?
Our standard Goo Goo Clusters are best enjoyed within 9 months of production. For our hand-crafted Premium Goo Goos, we recommend consumption within 8 weeks for maximum freshness.

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
